Stakeholder Engagement Project Renewed

Stakeholder engagement is a central component of the Illinois Framework’s approach to change management, and the Illinois Public Health Institute (IPHI) has been the Framework’s primary partner for facilitating public participation since 2011.

Thus far, more than 2,000 stakeholders have contributed ideas and learned about the State’s plan for increasing data sharing across Illinois’ healthcare and human service enterprise. The Illinois Framework recently renewed its partnership with IPHI, continuing the Stakeholder Engagement Project for another 12 months of education and engagement activities.

The Framework Stakeholder Engagement Project will also continue to support the Balancing Incentives Program by assisting project leaders in the Department of Healthcare and Family Services in facilitating public input on a No Wrong Door/Coordinated Entry Point system, core standardized assessment instruments, and conflict-free case management services.

“We are excited to begin organizing the next round of outreach events, and enabling more stakeholders to participate in the Framework’s vision for a modern healthcare and human services delivery system,” said Peter Eckart, Project Director for the Stakeholder Engagement Project.

Stakeholders are invited to suggest upcoming conferences, meetings or events that could accommodate a Framework presentation or discussion session. If you have a suggestion for the stakeholder engagement team, please send your ideas through the website’s “contact us” page.
